This policy explains how Cellular Citi Group (Zurin Trading [PTY] Ltd, registration number [REG NO]) collects and uses your personal information when you visit our website, shop online, message us on WhatsApp or visit our stores. We process personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
What we collect
- Your name, cell number, WhatsApp number and email address.
- Your SA ID number, address and documents, only when you apply for a contract or upgrade.
- Your orders, pre-orders, preferred store and the messages you send us.
- Technical information such as your device, browser and pages visited (see our cookie policy).
Why we use it
- To take, allocate and deliver your order, and to tell you when it is ready.
- To run a Vodacom credit check and process your contract or upgrade.
- To answer your questions and give after-sales support.
- To send you deals and new products, only if you have agreed to this. You can stop at any time by replying STOP.
- To meet our legal obligations, such as RICA, tax and consumer law.
WhatsApp messages
We send order updates on WhatsApp to the number you give us. These messages are part of your order and continue while you have an open order. Marketing messages are separate and only sent if you opt in.
Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with Vodacom (for contracts, upgrades and RICA), our payment provider [NAME], our courier [NAME], and service providers who host our systems. They must protect your information and may not use it for their own purposes. We do not sell your personal information.
How long we keep it
