Delivery and collection

You can collect your order free from any Cellular Citi store, or have it delivered. We send every update on WhatsApp.

Collect in store

• Choose your store at checkout. Collection is free.
• We message you when your order is ready. Please collect within [X] days, or we may cancel the order and refund you.
• Bring your ID and order reference. For contracts and new SIMs, RICA is done at collection.
• Someone else may collect for you if you tell us their name and they bring their ID and your reference.

Delivery

• We deliver to [DELIVERY AREAS] through [COURIER].
• Delivery fee: [DELIVERY FEE]. Free on orders over [AMOUNT], if applicable.
• Delivery time: [X] working days after payment clears. Pre-orders ship from launch day.
• You get a tracking link on WhatsApp once your parcel leaves us.

If nobody is home

The courier tries [X] times. After that the parcel comes back to us and we contact you to rebook delivery or collect in store. A redelivery fee of [AMOUNT] may apply.

Check your parcel

Check the parcel before you sign. If it is damaged or opened, refuse it or note it on the delivery slip and contact us within 24 hours.
